How much does it cost?

You can store most things with us with the exception of:
- Living items, such as animals and plants
- Hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids and explosives
- Items that could decompose, such as exposed foodstuffs
- Unauthorised or illegal goods, such as drugs or firearms

What security do you have?
Does DB Self Storage provide locks? Do you keep a key to my storage unit?
What documents do I need to rent a unit?
2 forms of I.D must be provided before booking a unit including an address and proof of identity (photographic). Accepted forms of ID – Passport, Photo Card Driving Licence. Accepted proof of address – Utility bill, Bank Statement, Tenancy document. All documents must be less than 3 months old.
Do I need insurance?
All items must be insured whilst stored with us. We provide free insurance to all our customers up to a contents value of £57 per sq ft of unit space rented. If you are storing items that exceed this value then you are strongly advised to provide your own insurance. Proof of insurance in this case must be provided to to DB Self Storage.
What size units do you have?
Do I need to give you notice when I want to move out?
When can I access my storage unit?
At any point during our office open hours. Standard access hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays. Closed bank holidays.
